It was actually a delight to work with Lauren while buying and selling my home. Her pleasant demeanor, knowledge of the market and persistence to get the best deal turned a mountainous chore into a manageable task. I was totally pleased with her recommendations for financing, real estate lawyer and house inspector. My husband and I worked with Lauren Grigus and Erica Hunter as both buyers and sellers. As a buyer, Lauren and Erica were always available to answer questions and schedule showings. Lauren is extremely knowledgeable about construction and materials used in homes and can identify things in a home during a quick showing that many other realtors cannot. Lauren put together competitive offers, and our purchase was seamless. As sellers, Lauren and Erica worked with us to prep our home for listing, they use a local and professional photographer for all listing photos, and marketed our home extensively.
