I was very impressed with Linda Lobo's knowledge of the communities in which we looked, but I was even more impressed with the level of research and preparation she did for communities with which she was not as familiar. I could tell she valued her role in our journey and wanted to provide all information necessary for us to purchase a home that fit our needs now and in the future. She was meticulous in following up with all of the scheduled meetings whether it was with the lawyer, the inspector, the lender, etc. If she could she would take care to schedule and meet with the person herself and if it was something I needed to deal with she would make sure to call and remind me / make sure I took care of it. Linda Lobo is as good as it gets. We are in a beautiful home because of her.

We had a wonderful experience working with Linda Lobo to find our first home together. She is extremely responsive, honest, and kind. She really listened to what we were looking for in a home and didn't try to oversell us on anything that didn't meet our budget. She was honest about her thoughts regarding the positive and negative aspects of each home which we fully welcomed her feedback and expertise in that regard. She also gave us a fantastic recommendation for a mortgage lender, home inspector and lawyer. I have purchased a home back in 2014 and that experience doesn't even compare to how seamless, stress-free, and fun my experience was working with Linda Lobo. Last Spring my husband and I casually began searching for a new home in Naperville. We were very lucky to run into Linda at an open house. We immediately knew we wanted to work with her. She was incredibly professional and knowledgable about the area. While viewing homes with Linda, she was very honest with us about what we should look for, and advised us on elements of homes that might not be the best fit for our needs. When we found our home, she knew at the same moment that we did that it was the one. She was extremely responsive, listened to our needs, and held our hand throughout the entire process. Linda listened to what we were interested in and provided options and feedback on the properties we saw. We were not happy with the choices in our price range in Naperville, she recommended that we just take a look a little further west. The first home she showed us in Oswego was a home run, we still looked a little more but the first one was it, and not that much further away from our original target area. She showed us the property again the next morning and we put in an offer and got the home. We were thrilled. As first-time buyers the experience could be intimidating and stressful. Linda took the time to explain everything, go over everything in detail. Recommend someone for financing and answers any question we had along the way.
