She was always available - the first week we looked at houses almost every night, she knew all the right questions to ask, she landed us some of the best terms you can get, while we were looking she would point out things that I would have never noticed or thought about, she helped us deal with a tricky seller who was out of the country during attorney review - always staying on top of the lawyers to get things moving so we could close on time, and she was always happy and excited to see us. Maggie is truly a wonderful person! When we started out the process of selling our home and buying a new home let’s just say we were newbies. Maggie is the best! She explained the entire selling process very well and made me feel extremely comfortable. My townhouse sold quickly for over asking price and closed in less than a month. I would highly suggest using Maggie as your real estate agent!!!
