I do have to say, when he helped me sell my home in the past, he was excellent in that respect also. I would recommend Mark Vaccaro to anyone because he is such a helpful and caring person. Mark was very good, actually great. He made sure I fully understood everything that was going on through the hole process . He also made sure that the house was always a concern that anyone who saw the house did leave it in the condition that the found it in. Very important to us. I felt I could CALL HIM AT ANYTIME with questions I had about it's movement. Mark seems to be all of the above!!!! I would recommend him to any of my friends and be proud to do so. They were good but not up to the quality that mark had shown with this property, or any of the others that I have heard of that he has shown and sold. I feel he takes so much pride in his work, and really looks for what you are looking for and for what you want to get out of the house you are selling. Again I would be proud to recommend him to my friends that were either buying or selling a house. Honest , friendly, concerned about your needs , and what you need to get out of the house. Mark made sure that the signs were always up. When one got lost or damaged from the weather or persons, he made sure there was another one up the next day. He was a very hands on type of seller, which I appreciated very much. Mark is an excellent realtor. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of the business. We were constantly surprised by his willingness to go above and beyond for the sake our family and the sale of our home. Trustworthy. We set the bar high, and Mark exceeded our expectations. Having Mark as a realtor is an absolute must when buying anywhere around the Chicagoland area. He has extensive knowledge of all the areas I was interested in, which spanned a large range of cities. He was readily available, even on short notice. Showings were scheduled with ease and properties in which showings may have been limited Mark was able to find a way to get me in. Mark was always on time and prepared with information about the property. When viewing homes Mark was incredibly detailed orientated towards pointing out the positives and negatives while having the best interest of his clients in mind. With an extensive amount of experience Mark would be able to easily suggest a highly qualified person for any fixes. When it came to writing a contract and pricing out a property Mark worked quick to have comps ready and I never felt like my time was not valued. Not once did I feel pressured to place an offer on a place. Mark works closely with home inspectors, attorneys, mortgage brokers, and anyone else part of the team to ensure the best outcome for his client. Mark makes what could be a stressful and long drawn out process efficient and smooth. Through Marks professionalism, experience, and caring attitude, he has a lifelong costumer and is someone I will be recommended for anyone buying or selling.
