I had recently decided to purchase a home. As anyone looking for a home recently knows, the market is absolutely horrible for a buyer right now. It truly is a sellers market. However, when I began working with Mary Pettenon things became much more bearable. Mary worked with me diligently in order to narrow down exactly what I wanted in a property and she worked just as hard when it came to searching for it. She was always able to work with my schedule when it came to scheduling showings for properties I'd shown interest in. I don't think there was a single instance where I wasn't able to see a property at a good time for me when I wanted to. Mary had a very helpful schedule for me to reference when it came to getting things done during the home buying process, and she was there with me every step of the way. Also, whenever I needed to find someone to get something done during the home buying process, whether it be finding a home inspector, a radon inspector, an electrician or anyone else that I could've possibly needed, Mary always had a contact that she knew on hand which took a lot of stress off of me on my end. Mary has not only worked with me, but also my sister, my mother, and my grandmother; and for all of them, including myself, Mary found a not just a property for us that we liked, but a place that we can call home. Mary has done an outstanding job, and If you're looking at buying a home I could not recommend working with her enough. Mary is an outstanding realtor. She does her homework and gets you the highest price for your home. She is involved every step of the way and always available for consultation throughout the process. Our family has used her multiple times over the past several years (for both buying and selling homes), and we couldn’t be happier with her service.
