I cannot say enough good things about my experience in selling my home with Mike McCatty as my agent. He is the consummate professional and I felt like everything was in such good hands that I didn't worry about a thing. He marketed my home beautifully and showed it in its best light; he was responsive and helpful and I ended up getting a much higher price than the listing price with an offer on the first day. We chose Mike as our agent to sell our house in Oak Forest after interviewing several agents, and were so glad that we did. He helped us through the entire process, patiently answering our questions and explaining current industry practices to us. His price and cost estimates were quite accurate. What really impressed us though were his marketing strategies along with the professional marketing products that he employed. He was also very detail oriented and organized, and guided us in choosing the improvements and repairs that would be most beneficial. Mike is a consummate professional.
