Selling my husband's and my longtime home was an emotional experience for us. While we did not wish to leave our home in Illinois, sadly, it was time to depart the state in which we grew up. We purchased our house 36 years ago so were complete newbies to the process of selling. Set aside the numerous awards, leadership roles, and recognition as a top producer, Megan takes the time to get to know her clients, their real estate objectives, and provides education and insight so you become a partner in the process. Megan was meticulous from start to finish, helping to keep me on track, recommending outstanding and affordable affiliates such as the home inspector and attorney, and working patiently with a difficult party on the other side of the transaction. Megan's due diligence at our final walkthrough saved me thousands of dollars at closing because she knows exactly what to look for in order to protect her client. This was a buyer side transaction. I have no hesitation in working with Megan again this spring when my home goes on the market. She is absolutely the BEST!!
