Michael helped us in the sale of our townhouse and purchase of a new home, and we would highly recommend him to anyone in the Orland Park area. We were previously with another realtor and ended up switching to Michael after meeting him during an open house. He really knows the market well and works hard, is very professional, helpful, and responsive. He is not pushy and wants to make sure you find the perfect home, which is what he did for us. Michael is super involved in the process and very detail-oriented. He came with the photographer and helped make sure the pictures of our house were perfect. Then, when we were buying a house, he sat with us for over an hour to help us write a personalized letter to the sellers which helped us get the house for $40k under the asking price (which is pretty unheard of in this market)! We never had to worry if things were getting done because he was always on top of it. We had a great experience and recommend him highly.
