For my second sell/buy real estate transaction in less than a year, I had no doubts about working with Michelle. The first got a contract in one day sale and quick 12 days to closing on the buy. The second was not at all the same experience —but Michelle was determined. She offered suggestions for additional curb and interior appeal, ran multiple open houses, and worked hard on every lead. Once under contract, she worked just as hard to find the right next property, working with my pretty specific requirements —and we saw a LOT of properties.
