Karen Fakroddin with Monarque Group was fantastic to work with on the sale of our townhouse. We chose Karen because of her knowledge of our townhouse community. She did an outstanding job communicating with us explaining the comps in the area and what would be the best listing price. She brought in a stager to work with that showed us the best way to present our home. The photographer was fantastic. The brochures and the online presentation were exceptional. Karen was available for any questions we had. When offers came in she was very thorough explaining each one. Once the sale was pending she continued to assist us in outlining closing costs. We highly recommend Karen to anyone buying or selling their home!

My wife and I were referred by a family friend to use Karen Fakroddin as our realtor and we could not have been happier with the experience. We were first-time homebuyers with very limited knowledge about real estate & purchasing a home. Karen was the perfect realtor for our needs. The first time we met with Karen, she walked us through the entire experience of purchasing a home. She answered every question we had with ease. It was clear that she was knowledgable about the industry and the neighborhood(s). Throughout the process, Karen was honest with us, which was huge. She would take us to see any house we inquired about but would give us her honest opinion about the house's value. At no point did she pressure us or make us feel like we were asking silly questions. She always came prepared with information about the house, the neighborhood, the school districts, etc. It was always very clear that she had our best interests in mind. Miraculously, we found the home we are currently living in within a matter of weeks. With Karen's approach & expertise, the very first house we put an offer on was accepted. There were some bumps in the road, which always seems to be the case when purchasing a house, but Karen would update us frequently on the status of our offer and always have our backs if we felt strongly about some detail of the offer. She would make her suggestions based on her experience but never pushed us to do something we weren't comfortable with. Once the offer was accepted, she guided us through the rest of the process of getting the house inspected, meeting with an attorney, all the way through the actual purchase of the home. Even after everything was signed, she still offered her help finding services we might need. In a time where good service is hard to come by and great service is almost unheard of, we truly could not recommend Karen enough. She is top notch. I know we'll be turning to Karen for any home buying needs in the future and I would recommend anyone looking for someone in the Western suburbs to get in contact right away.
