What can I say about Ray? To begin, he made the home buying experience exciting but remained completely professional. I began the process overwhelmed, under-informed, and quite frankly in a position that was destined to end in failure. Upon partnering with Ray all of that changed. Each and every step of the acquisition process was communicated in full and I quickly became an expert. Beyond his expertise, Ray has a team of professionals that he is able to set you up with. His team includes a mortgage guy, a home inspector and lawyer. Each crucial to the process and without Ray setting me up with them, I would have been lost. Ray’s negotiating skills are amazing. I had a price in mind and he got that price accepted. After the home inspection I had 5 major demands - all of which were fixed. Ray even got me a brand new roof for my used home. Incredible. I would recommend him to everyone and anyone. In fact, I recommend him to you. Go with Ray and you will not be disappointed. Your dream home will become your reality.

Other than meeting my wife at a party neither of us wanted to attend, finding Ray in a random list of realtors has to be the happiest accident of my life. We were selling our condo and buying a house, and Ray got our condo sold fast and for a good price. When our first choice didn't work out after the inspection, Ray went into overdrive to help us find another house in plenty of time to close on both sales the same day. He gives great advice, but lets you make up your own mind. We will absolutely be calling Ray when we retire to AZ.
