Monique Fisher is Director of operations and co-founder of Mosaic Realty LLC. She plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the seamless execution of the strategic plans and goals. With extensive project management experience, she brings excellent organizational skills and a proven track record of managing real estate transactions from inception to completion.
Monique is a 30 year resident of Bolingbrook, Illinois and believes that as real estate professionals it is our responsibility to give back to the communities we serve. As Chairperson of the 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization Rhea of Hope Foundation Inc, she is dedicated to the mission of helping underserved young women reach their full potential. Monique believes that by educating and uplifting girls and young women, families and communities are strengthened.
Along with her real estate career, Monique has a passion for interior decorating, specifically showing clients how to redesign and repurpose items they already own. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with her sons and connecting with extended family and friends.
