My wife and I met Natashia through our general contractor. We purchased a rehab property in Chicago and as soon as we met her, she became our realtor. The service she rendered us went beyond just a realtor. My wife and I leaned on her experience and she never failed us. She answered any question we had and presented us with questions to think about. Unfortunately, we had contractor issues during our rehab with our property, but when I asked her, “Can we sell this property?” She looked me in my face and said, “YES!” That is exactly what she did!
