I have previously worked with other realtors, but they never explained anything in detail. Since this is our first home and we were a bit hesitant on asking a valid questions with other realtors, but Naveena explained each and evey thing in detail when we went to see the property as well as submitting the offer. After seeing all this my friends who bought house recently told us like the realtors they worked with explained only 30% of what Naveena did. At each step in the whole process, Naveen came through with their commitment to excellence. Their negotiation skills were first-rate – they consistently found ways to get us the best deal possible. They also went out of their way to ensure every detail was taken care of – from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property. Looking forwards to work with her again and will recommend her for my friends.
