I can’t speak more highly of Nicole Kowalczyk. We met Nicole to talk about the sale of our home and wanting to purchase our second. From that meeting, we could see how knowledgeable she was. That moment until closing, everything went absolutely flawless. She gave great tips on preparing the home for showings. Also, she has excellent Internet marketing, she got us three full asking offers in two days. When we bought I knew Nicole fought the entire way to get the best deal on our dream house for $50,000 less than asking. AlI I can say is do yourself a favor and hire her. You absolutely will not regret it.
