Being first time homeowners my husband and I had no clue where to start, but Niki made the process so easy! She was easy to communicate with and always able to answer my questions and concerns. She ended up finding our dream home in less then two weeks! She followed us throughout the process and even helped us find a mortgage company, attorney and inspector to be able to purchase our home! Even after the process was over she has continued to stay in touch making sure that the moving transition was going well. So, here we are here. A few hours after closing on our FIRST HOME and I can hardly sit still. I am bouncing around with excitement! Thanks to Niki, the entire experience has truly been enjoyable from the start to finish. My husband and I actually were looking to buy a home before covid hit and well, plans changed so we stopped our search. Niki was never pushy and always kept in contact. We really appreciated that. We started searching again this year and boom, found THE ONE. With the current market, we were anxious and had no idea what to expect. Niki has always been extremely responsive and never made any question feel like a silly one. Not to mention she welcomed a new, beautiful baby girl during our home buying process and was STILL available for us. She is a super-woman. She is professional, kind, hardworking and more than anything we could have expected from a real estate agent. You can feel her passion for her work and she really does care about her clients. Additionally, while Niki was welcoming her baby girl, her teammate Caitlin stepped in to help us with showings, inspections, and all of our questions. She was so welcoming and easy to work with as well. These ladies are boss babes!! As a first time home buyer, I felt clueless and nervous about the home buying process.. you spend all this time looking on sites like Redfin and Zillow and you felt like there are equally too many options and not enough. The BEST decision we could have made was hiring Niki as our realtor! Not only did she have an INCREDIBLY helpful guide that she gave my fiance and I at our first showing (which easily and simply answered questions we didn't even know we had) but she was also able to help get us onto the right track in our home search. We ended up falling in love with the SECOND house we toured, and when we were ready to put in an offer, she sat with us and talked us through everything until we really understood what was going on. After the offer, she was there to answer all our badgering calls, calm our anxiety over whether we would ever close or not, and worked with our schedule through the entire process. Buying, selling, renting - moving in general is hard enough.. working with Niki made it so much easier. Thank you so much!
