I am a real estate attorney and have worked for many years with Patrick Commercial Real Estate. Without a doubt, Pat Stanton is one of the best real estate brokers I have worked with. He goes beyond with regard to helping his clients through each step from finding a property to purchase or a buyer for a sale, aiding them through the due diligence process, negotiating with other agents, coming up with creative solutions and even offering his assistance post-closing with any questions and issues that may arise. As a real estate attorney I cannot tell you how often other agents disappear after a contract is executed but Pat is always completely involved and helpful in all aspects of the transaction and making sure the deal is right for his clients.

Patrick Commercial was very consultative on a project I was considering. Ultimately, based on what my needs were it was recommended to consider other options. I didn’t move forward with the purchase based on their consultation. A pleasure doing business with a firm who is not just in it for a transaction but, for a relationship!
