Patrick was absolutely amazing through our entire home buying experience! He was very willing and eager to help us find our dream home in a short time frame! During each showing, he was very helpful at looking at things that we didn’t know to look at and helped us weigh out the pros/cons of each home. He stayed in contact almost every single day with us on new listings and was never pushy or short with us. We used all of his recommended resources: lender, lawyer, and inspector and they all too were amazing to work with. He always treated us like family and we felt comfortable reaching out with any questions, which he was always extremely fast at responding to us. Patrick is very personable and was able to help weed out listings that he knew we wouldn’t be interested in.
