Phillip is an terrific agent. He listened and provided me with properties I would want to see challenged me a little and it was a good thing because of it I found the house I wanted. I didn’t even know I wanted a ranch style home. If you are thinking of working with Phillip do it. Phillip Owens made finding my home the easiest/smoothest process ever. If I didn’t like something he was on top of it and never forced me to agree to anything I didn’t like. Always agreed to see property that he knew before arrival wasn’t picture perfect. Never complained and was very transparent. Really worked hard on finding the perfect home for me and my family. He will go above and beyond to get the job done. He walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Great guy who does great work. I would 100% recommend him as your realtor.

This was my first time buying a home and Phillip was very helpful every step of the way.
