I would recommend Rachel to anyone buying or selling a home! She is incredibly passionate about her work and very hands-on. When she signed on to sell our house, she gave us a timeline and was with us every step of the way. We moved out before our house was listed and Rachel took over as if it were her own home. She coordinated painters, a handyman, flooring, landscaping, staging and was at our house practically every day. We got three offers the first day on the market, all because of the great work Rachel did to get it ready to go. I would highly recommend her!!

Our experience with Rachel has been exceptional! She recently helped my wife and I buy a condo. We had an offer accepted on the second place she showed us. Unfortunately, the deal fell through because of an HOA issue. Rachel encouraged us not to be disappointed and assured us we’d find another place. She showed us listing after listing – always available morning, noon and night – whatever worked with our schedule. She was incredibly patient with us and always optimistic even when we weren’t.
