Shaunte made my rental search a very pleasant experience. She was energetic, listened to my wants and needs, searched both home rentals & town house rentals for me. Her responsiveness and communication not only helped with the logistics of the transaction, but also made me feel comfortable and secure. Shaunte took extra steps to be more helpful than she had to be. She came to my "walk-through" and even brought coffee & donuts on my move-in date. My husband and I had the opportunity to work with Shaunte, who was referred to us by a family member. Buying a home can be very stressful and at times quite confusing and exhausting, but the experience and knowledge she brought to the table was very much needed and appreciated. She was always helpful, willing and available to answer all of our questions even in the late evening hours, and she kept me grounded when I thought I was going to lose it. She came to our closing and presented us with an unexpected gift for our home! Now that's customer service and professionalism at its finest! I've already told other family members about her for all of their house searching needs and would recommend her to anyone that wants a real-estate agent that will be in their corner.
