I called to receive information about a rental that was listed as active on their website. I talked to the agent that represented the rental (Anna Kedryna) and she was rude and off-putting. She stated that the rental was not active and there was not a listing on their site, when I was literally staring at it on my computer. All this to say, I was interested in working with their team to find a rental, but after that encounter, I will not be. Additionally, they apparently do not keep their website up-to-date, which kind of defeats the purpose of having one. Yikes!

Being first time home buyers - there is so much that we had no idea how the process even worked. We were trying to get as educated as possible but let's be honest, google only gets you so far. That is where Megan Beechen comes in.. She was the best resource we could have had with us through this new experience. Every single question we had, she either had the answer or the drive to get us the correct answer. She was always response, pleasant, knowledgable and invested in finding us the best fit for our growing family. We were also looking at a time when the market was not heavily saturated with houses and demand was high - she worked diligently to always get us into showings as quickly as possible so we had the opportunity to see the house before it inevitably went contingent. If you are looking for someone who lives, breathes, and LOVES their job - she's your girl. We are so happy we had her with us during this process (especially with the added curve ball of buying during the COVID Pandemic) She went above and beyond to be sure that we explored all our options, negotiated a great price and got us a quick closing. We can’t say enough good things about Realty Executives Elite; specifically Megan Beechen. We have been working with Megan for over a year, we swiftly and flawlessly sold our townhouse back in April and have just recently closed on our new home a week ago!
