Horse Fish5 StarMy wife and I were looking for a home. I was just browsing when I came across a home that appealed to me and sent a message to the realtor. Within three minutes I got a call from Heather. She was very personable from the start. I talk a lot and she does as well, so we were the perfect match! She made time for us that same weekend and sent us many listings matching our specifications. We ultimately decided to go with a new build. Heather helped us with the process of buying a new build, which is more complicated than buying an existing home. Fast forward to when it came to selling my home, she was so quick with getting the listing up as well as having an open house. My home sold in three weeks! She helped me negotiate with a fairly difficult person. My wife and I truly appreciate what she did for us both buying and selling a home. Sarah Forgue5 StarJeff is amazing!!! He helped us through the entire process of buying our first house. We never felt pressured to put in any offers or sign any paperwork. He was always willing to meet with us and worked around our shedules for showings. Jeff explained everything to us in terms that we could understand and never made us feel bad for not knowing something. He is a great realtor but overall he is just genuinely a great guy. lou mata5 StarHeather is a phenomenal realtor! I recommend her to everyone I know. She's very patient. She does not push to make a sale. She knew exactly what I was looking for. We had our weekly "dates" to see houses. She has plenty of listings! We still keep in contact after I purchased my home. She is a wonderful person! As a first time home buyer both my wife and I were lost, but he stood by us every step of the way (late night communication and odd showing times due to work schedules). The finance connections and knowledge he posses are borderline unreal! He helped us get a great foreclosed town home that we received for a steal!
