The word I would use to describe our experience with Rebecca Howard is "amazing." Several roadblocks confronted us, from the finance company to sellers' issues during our home purchase. Rebecca stayed involved throughout the entire process. A few times, she was able to contact our finance representative when they were slow to return our phone. Rebecca was very knowledgeable about both buying and selling our home. She provided names of professionals with good reputations to assist. As we moved through the process of buying and selling, I can't remember one time we needed to find Rebecca. She remained on top of every significant component of both transactions, readily available to provide direction and sound advice. Service such as this is "amazing."

Rebecca is absolutely amazing! We have now worked with her on two purchases, the first time was 3 years ago for our very first home purchase and the second time was this month on our very first investment property purchase. Her diligence is impeccable and consistent; on both purchases, she moved quickly on setting up the viewings, initiating contract offers when we were ready, and all other steps in the process; Rebecca focuses on the process as a whole and works with others (lender and attorneys) on ensuring the process keeps moving. Rebecca goes above and beyond to make sure you as the buyer feel comfortable and are fully aware she is there for you. She made sure we were prepared for next steps as we moved through the purchase process and she advised with transparency which was greatly appreciated.
