Sarah is a fantastic real estate agent and went above and beyond in guiding us through the steps of selling a home for the first time. Prior to listing our house, she connected us with contractors for carpeting, landscaping, and electrical fixture replacement. It was much easier to schedule these services in a timely manner if we mentioned we were clients of Sarah's, as she is well-known and respected in the area. We were happy with the work done and pricing of everyone she recommended. She marketed the house to generate excitement about our property so that we had requests to view the house prior to hitting the market. We received multiple offers above list price on the first weekend. When the buyer's inspection noted an issue with our roof, Sarah was able to get 3 roofing contractors to our home to get quotes. Since we had already moved out of state, she coordinated and attended all of these appointments on our behalf. She also took time to meet with a homeowners insurance adjuster regarding the roof. Sarah facilitated lawnmowing services once we were out of town and sent us our mail after closing. She is impeccably organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about construction. Sarah made sure the process was seamless, and we would highly recommend working with her!
