There many good Realtors one can choose from when looking to buy &/or sell a home. Among many of the “good ones” are a handful of great Realtors. And then there are those like Shawn who are truly EXCEPTIONAL! Rarely does one come across a soul with equally extraordinary levels of poise, proficiency and personal charisma. From the moment she was notified that we needed to put our home on the market Shawn and her team were ON IT! How this wife and mother of 5 was able to pull off coaching us to prep our 3,000 sq ft of living space and get it staged for pictures and listed in under 2 weeks is truly beyond me. Mind you, she somehow pulled this off with my wife and youngest of 4 daughters having already moved out of state where she had just been recruited to fill a new teaching position 2 days before the school year began. Shawn did way more than just “pull it off”, she “NAILED IT”!. As a result of her ongoing, personalized, thorough market analysis of our local area she was able to list and quickly sign a contract on our home “as-is” (in need of several major overdue repairs and upgrades) for 25-35K more than we would have thought possible. Mind you she did this in November 2023. Not only was the typical seasonal slow down of the market looming as winter weather and the holidays began to loom large, we were also facing generationally high mortgage rates. And yet in spite of these headwinds, Shawn oversaw the scheduling of nearly a dozen showings for our opening weekend within hours of posting our listing and by Sunday afternoon we were e-signing a contract for the “listing price”. And her service didn’t stop there…Shawn continued to walk us through the entire process (we were first time home sellers;) all the way through our closing in December. With platinum level service like that from the initial consult through our closing it’s no wonder she was recently awarded “Top Seller” and “President’s Club” status for 2023 as she helped move over $75 million in homes!! Needless to say…if you are looking to sell or buy a new home in this region, Shawn is THE absolute best!!!

Shawn is the absolute top notch professional you dream of in a real estate agent! I provided a very specific tight deadline within a matter of weeks. Not only did she deliver that deadline with few days notice, but she rolled up her sleeves and helped in any capacity possible(ex: moving furniture to help stage, providing purifiers to help set the best possible experience for potential buyers, and overall answering questions before I even had to ask)! It was clear that she took the journey WITH me as well as her assistant Stephanie! As a team, I knew with Shawn this was not another home sale...this was a life event for me and she understood that, along with Stephanie. If you want just a run of the mill person, go elsewhere.
