Terrible experience with them for the install of a 20 foot flagpole. They dug a hole and took all the rock and dirt from the hole and spread it on the grass and along the curb up to 15 feet from the pole and left the rest around the pole itself. Then they put down less then a inch of mulch around the pole but all that rock was still showing. When first installing the pole it was at an angle and they had to come back to fix it. They put in shims and more concrete and were careless and splashed cement on the bottom of the pole. The worker that was there was very ignorant with me despite me bringing him 2 bottles of very cold water. The entire experience with them was something I personally do not wish on anyone. In my opinion they do shoddy work.

Horrible. Chris is very unprofessional and lacks knowledge when it comes to his own properties. He is one sided and claims to help with people in need yet uses that to peoples disadvantage. He refuses to maintain his houses and uses the cheapest fix he can. When told the issue I was made out to be the one who had destroyed the property in reality it’s years of bandaids. All they want is your money and they can care less about your situation.

Don't do it. Do not rent from this company. I have rented commercial real estate for 30+ years and this organization is the absolute worst by far. They bought the building I was in for 23 years. They wanted to raise my rent to 50% above what it was 2 years ago when they bought it. Yet they can't pay the electric bill on time. The electricity was turned off, not once, but twice. They never touched up or fixed any of the existing issues that they knew about from day one. And Chris is unprofessional. That's all I can say. He lacks people skills.

Chris Knollin is the most unprofessional “businessman” I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Does not answer phone calls, emails, text messages etc. until you contact him every day multiple times a day. Water was shut off for almost 4 days in my apartment and every day it was another empty promise of “oh it will be fixed today” and no apologies were ever given. Asked for rent abatement due to not having running water in the apartment for half of a week, was given the rude response of “Why/What for?” honestly absolutely disgusting. Takes out rent 2-3 weeks after the check is sent monthly, and when we call to ask why this is and if there’s anything we can do, we get cussed out and told he will never be a reference for us. Really? Because we need a reference for paying our rent on time every month when we have been sure to mark down physical proof that we sent it by the 25th of the month prior. I have never been treated like this by a business in my entire life, if you are thinking about renting from this company, DONT. Save yourself the hassle. Give your money to someone who actually cares!

This meth head looking guy almost ran me off the road intentionally with his work truck like 6 times. And he made sure I could see him laughing the whole time. If that doesn’t say something about this company, I don’t know what does.
