As I sit in my new home today ,reflecting on the events that happened from finding the home and the entire process involved from offering on a house to closing , I must give huge credit to Sonia who had been an absolute pleasure to work with . She is detailed , focussed and passive aggressive for her clients and stay very connected at each and every step . She even answered calls late nights and made sure all required paperwork is completed without unnecessary delays . She has answered all of our questions and ensured we are satisfied with moving forward to every next step . I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a friend like realtor !

We loved working with Sonia to buy a house in the Chicago area. Sonia was not our original realtor, but my partner and I met her at an open house, and she was so thoughtful and helpful we ended up switching to her. Moving from out of state, we were limited to a weekend of serious looking. Given a budget and location proximity, Sonia immediately went to work finding us options to meet our needs and scheduling a very full day of showings. She was always available and communicative to guide us through the process. Additionally, she was able to recommend a lawyer and inspector (at a good price). Throughout the entire process we felt very comfortable with Sonia and knew she had our best interest at heart. We would highly recommend Sonia as a realtor if you are looking in the Chicago area.

Sonia helped us buy our first house. Although I was very picky about the style of house I wanted Sonia didn't give up until I was pleased with the house. She was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to guide us.
