I have been using Steel City as my property manager for over 10 years and have been verry happy. They manage my apartment buildings and single family homes in the Joliet / Crest Hill area. For me they have been a full service property manager. I have access to the financials on my properties 24/7 with the software they use. I have never had an issue with them handling or charging for repairs, cleanings or maintenance. When tenants move out, properties are cleaned/repaired and re rented very quickly. I like the fact that they also own rentals in the area and understand what it takes to make them profitable. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get into real estate rentals or step back from day to day management and allow them to handle your properties. As a licensed real estate agent they have also helped me buy and sell properties.
