I am a disabled veteran that gets confused easily and this young lady was able to explain everything, even aspects of what other people were supposed to be doing, in ways that I could understand. She gave me rides to just about every showing we went to. She spent hours and hours with me getting things done at the house in order to get my loan approved. And she is being extremely helpful after the purchase of my home. Giving me referrals of different workers for the jobs that I am going to be getting done to this property this coming year. My experience with Stephanie was able to considerably overcome the negative experience that I was having with my loan officer. Great job and thank you very much, Stephanie!
