I just closed a loan with AFN. I've closed many loans, and worked with many loan officers, processors and closers. This was the best experience I've ever had. Primarily because of the exceptional communication. Mr. Dunn provided a timeline at the beginning of the loan, so that I could plan accordingly. The processor was also exceptional. She confirmed the receipt of every document with the hour it had been sent. Beyond communication, I appreciated the professionalism, knowledge and friendly demeanor of the entire staff. I believe I received the best possible loan, at the best possible rate. I'll certainly return for my next loan.

Sean Michtavy, Worked so hard for me to make my refinance happen. He had a lot of obstacles and he communicated constantly about what was happening. My experience was very positive, Sean was working for me and not the numbers. I will send everyone his way that I can because he worked very hard on my difficult financial needs to refinance most of my debt into a low interest mortgage. Thanks again.

Do not use Todd's service! He will rip you off, he's done a deal for us and it was the worst deal any mortgage banker can do. I implore you do avoid this business.
