Tameka has been nothing short of phenomenal since she helped me buy my first house. She answered all my questions regarding being a first time home buyer, while still being professional. The next home I purchase in Chicago I planned on using Tameka as my agent. She is phenomenal. The home buying process with her was smooth. As a first time home buyer, I didn't experience half of what others have experienced with other brokers. I am new to Chicago, IL. I relocated from Birmingham, AL. Because of such, I knew also no one here. Tameka was able to direct me to multiple lenders, attorneys, and home inspectors. Throughout the process, Tameka educated me and was very honest and knowledgeable. She listened to me as a buyer and was able to locate what it was that I desired and needed in a first home. I would recommend her to anyone. She was able to get me under contract within 24 hours and was able to negotiate with the seller in ways the attorney didn't display
