Could not believe my luck after meeting with David Shaykin. Though he probably would not agree, I think he is a gentle soul. He went above and beyond what I have ever seen from a real estate agent. Knowing that I was in recovery for a serious illness, my health was always his first concern. Every phone call started with, “First, how are you doing, how are you feeling?” He was incredibly knowledgeable about what I needed to do to sell in the period I was hoping for and even helped to get everything ready. His son made some repairs for me. David and his daughter took over the maintenance of my yard (above and beyond, right?) and he was available to me seven days a week. I would highly recommend David Shaykin to help sell your home or to help you buy a new one. He did that for me too. Closed on my sale on September 9th. Closed on my purchase October 9th. I could not have been more pleased.

I contacted David Shaykin to sell my house in Alsip, IL as I had read previous testimonials on his website. It seemed it was to be a better option for me to have someone who was quoted to provide a good detailed service as a realtor. Well that was the best decision I took!!
