Ed caught my attention by his incredible sales on Zillow. As we were looking for homes, I noticed that every week he had great properties list, have open houses, receive multiple offers, and then close over the weekend. At that point, my husband and I knew he was the person we wanted to work with. As a buyer looking for a home, Ed was amazing to work with. He was unbelievable strategic and make recommendations to help us present an offer that landed us our dream home. He suggested things that neither we, nor any family or friends had ever even heard of. Ed's approach to the entire buying process was nothing short of brilliant and I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling their home.

My husband and I purchased a home in December with the wonderful help of The Pluchar Group at Keller Williams Preferred Realty, and we could not have had a better experience! Ed was so patient with us as we took our time looking for a home. When the time came, we were provided with a handful of recommendations for inspectors, attorneys, and other helpful resources. The support did not end after the sale, either! Ed has kept in contact to make sure we are settling in well and to check that our needs have been met. Overall, buying a home felt way less intimidating with the help of Ed and his agency. Very highly recommend!!

On a whim my husband and I started looking at houses and got connected with Ed through Redfin. The house we originally found was not the one, but Ed stayed in touch and continued to help us find properties… after about a month of looking we found our dream home!! Ed and his team where so helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process, only a text or phone call away for any questions or concerns you might have! Even making a last minute Saturday walkthrough work, so we could surprise the family with our new endeavor. Highly recommend!!

What can I say about Edward Pluchar with Keller Williams Preferred Realty? A lot...buckle up! Ed is the most patient, kind, and knowledgeable agent I've ever met. This is the second home sale we've used him for and, if we were brave enough to sell and buy again, we'd use him in a heartbeat. The team behind the scenes is phenomenal as well. Every step of the way, you know what's going to happen, what you need to do next, and how to get it done. That service is priceless. After dealing with another agent, for our purchase down state, I can truly say I miss the added benefit of the Transaction Coordinators on this team! I could write a book on the things that other "team" let slip thru the cracks. Bottom line: if you want it done right and for the best price, HIRE EDWARD PLUCHAR and he'll get it done!
