Once my husband and I had decided to put our home on the market, the next step was to decide which of the very many realtors who had called, would be the best choice for the job. Tough decision? Absolutely not. Once we had spoken with Rick, from The Pulciani Group, the decision became quite simple. He no doubt was the best person for the job! From there, the process of selling our home of 40 years became quite easy. We knew we were in good hands and just let The Pulciani Group do what they do best-sell homes. It is now just over 2 months since first meeting Rick and in 2 days we will have had the closing on our home and will be heading south to Florida for our next adventure. When we tell our family and friends of the great experience we have had with selling, we tell them about the passion, dedication, hard-work, knowledge, and commitment we have experienced first hand from The Pulsiani Group!

My experience with Rick, Cyierra, and Annie at the Pulciani Group has been very enjoyable. They are polite and kind and we're very knowledgable and informed. We closed on our home within 50 days of listing with them. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that we hired Rick Pulciani on his guarantee that he would have our home under contract at full asking price within 30 days of listing with him. So we were a bit disappointed that after 2 weeks on the market he suggested a significant price decrease. We ultimately did lower our asking price, though not as low as he initially suggested, and received an offer within about a week. Even though we did not get the price we wanted, Rick made good on his promise to sell our house quickly, which was our top priority. I would certainly recommend the Pulciani Group to anyone looking to list their home for a quick sale.

Awesome team!! Sold my house faster than I ever expected. Went above and beyond to help my in finding my dream home. Worked closely with the other realtor, both attorneys and my mortgage broker. All around full service package made up of amazing people. Couldn’t be happier. If we ever look to purchase an additional home, we know who to call. Rick Pulciani and his team are very professional and on top every step of the way. The summer of 2019 we Had a different. Realtor, Unfortunately, it didn't work out with that real estate. So we hired Keller Williams Rick Pulciani, group. If we would have had them in the first place. Our home would have been sold. A long time ago I highly highly.
