I had the best possible experience with Tony Ciancanelli !!! The home that was being sold needed a lot of work and updates however Tony secured an offer 35K above our asking price. It was unbelievable!!! Tony is an excellent communicator. He was in contact with me regularly. He was always very prompt when responding to my texts or emails. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate business and connected me with a real estate attorney who was wonderful as well. When there were showings, I received a text informing me of the date and time of the showing. When there were documents that needed to be signed, I received the documents by email, signed the documents electronically and the documents were automatically returned to Tony. I was not in the same state where the property was being sold so this made the process easy and seamless. Tony made the process almost stress free. You couldn't find a better partner in business than Tony. In the end, it felt like Tony was more of a friend than a business partner. If you need someone to sell your property I highly recommend Tony. He will not let you down ! He exceeded my expectations and he will do the same for you !

1ony is the Realtor you would want. Tony wotked hard to find homes for us to see. Day after day, we toured. For 4 months we searched and at times we became hopeless. There came a time when we were ready to return to apartment living again, but Tony kept us motivated to keep going. Again, we searched far and near, early mornings and late afternoons, rainy days and hot days we continued and Tony never got tired. When we finally found the home we wanted, Tony called everyday to offer help with paperwork and reminded us our appointments with inspections and walk through, etc. Tony was with us to the very end to answer questions and doubts. Even after we closed, he continued to call us if we needed anything. He made our 4 months search so worth it. We are now moved in to our new home and we are very pleased. We give all credits to Tony for finding homes to tour, for being patient, for being informative on each house, for being the person who kept us going to the very end. If you are looking for an honest, hardworking, ethical and professional real estate agent, look no further. We finally decided to downsize and started to search for real estate agents. Tony was referred to us by a former coworker of mine. He came over to the house and we had a great first impression during our first meeting about putting our home on the market.
