Lauren Wronowski started out seemingly like a good agent. We were looking for a home for our whole family in Frankfort, Mokena area. She soon started to show her true colors by getting agitated and pushing us to accept homes that we weren’t comfortable with. Finally she told us she will not show us any more houses unless we selected from what she had shown us. She was such a disappointment. We ended up going with another agent and found a beautiful house that we felt comfortable with in the same area. She really should be ashamed of the pressure tactics she uses to get clients to settle on homes for her profit margin. One of the worst agents I have worked with!

Working with this realtor was one of the most frustrating experiences we’ve had. From the start, communication was poor—she would often go days without responding to messages or calls. She promised to have a sign placed in front of our house, but that never happened, despite multiple follow-ups. We reached out to her company for help, and while they said they would switch realtors, all that happened was a quick photo shoot—no actual progress or follow-through afterward. It felt like we were being strung along with no real effort to sell our home. The final straw came during the contract phase. Our attorney reviewed the agreement and said it was the worst he had ever seen. He also pointed out that the commission we were being charged was well above average for the level of service (or lack thereof) we received. This entire process caused us an enormous amount of stress and left us feeling taken advantage of. I wouldn’t recommend this realtor or her agency to anyone looking for professional, reliable service.
