This has to be one of the absolute best properties I have not only seen myself as a wholesaler and agent, but that I have shown my client in his homebuying process. The work, the attention to detail, the staging and everything about this house done by Windy City Solutions was RIGHT!! (Except for that little old fashioned dryer in the laundry room used for staging purposes...lol!) But honestly, THIS home is how a rehab should look in every sense of the word. The only two things that kept my client from submitting an offer is the fact that it is on the main street of Jeffrey Blvd and parking is a hit or miss and my client likes to entertain, so that just would not work. Additionally, the bedrooms on the main floor weren't big enough for what was needed. The ones in the basement were great, but yeah, not too many people want to have their master bedroom in the basement. Other than that, the house speaks for itself and the work Windy City Solutions did on this house is impeccable. Not to mention, I also like the fact that we were able to see it on our own which is super great. No offense, but having listing agents on site sometimes is irritating because SOME do not know how to let the house sell itself. Other than that awesome job Windy City Solutions. I hope this feedback helps any buyer feel more confident when they are considering purchasing a property rehabbed by this company. And nope, I am not a paid spokesperson either. I have been a contractor for Windy City solutions for 4 years now. They are by far the best property managers I have ever done business with. When an issue is brought to them they insist the job is done to industry standard and no shortcuts are made. While working on their properties I have met several other professionals who I gladly refer to clients as their work is outstanding. I have toured their properties and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to buy a house from them.

Windy City was really great throughout the process. In the end I think we both got what we needed. I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. We had out grown our place years ago. We even listed with a realtor a few years back, but disliked the experience. We had to de-list for medial reasons. We dreaded listing my place again and it needed some work that we couldn't do without moving out first. Windy City Solutions gave me another option. They were flexible on the close date, so my wife and I could find a new place to live before the sale, and professional in every interaction. The only thing I could have asked for is to meet Roy (Cesar's dog). That's ok, now that we have a larger place we can get our own doggo!
