If you are looking for a real estate agent looking no further. Yola is an amazing and very thoughtful agent who keeps your interest in mind all the time. She goes above and beyond for the interest of her clients explain everything and making sure you are comfortable through the entire process. She sold my home in a slow market in 3 days and will now be helping me find my new place I can say how happy I am with her and most importantly I trust her! I cannot say enough good things about Yola! She is the hardest working realtor I’ve had! Very knowledgeable, patient and available. She literally makes you feel like you are her only client! I purchased my first house from Yola and it closed in 21 days!!! After a few years, it was time for me to move on and I called her up to help me sell it. Yola prepared me for how to get my house on the market and we had an offer the next day. That deal unfortunately fell thru and I thought it was the end of the world! Yola got me right back on the market and we received another offer the next day and it sold in 22 days! My house was basically under contract since it the day it listed. This was my first time selling a house and my anxiety level as very high. I thought every little thing was doomsday… why is this taking so long, what does this mean… yadda yadda yadda But Yola….She stayed very patient and communicative and explained the process of setting up showings, pricing, inspections… the whole 9! She made me feel comfortable and she’s very trustworthy. I am so very appreciative of her and if I ever get in the market again, I’m calling her!
